Reporting Analyst

Our client, a leader in Financial and Tax Software, is looking for someone to join their team as an Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst. This role is fully remote, supporting PST hours. • This is a year long W2 contract • In this role, will maintain and enhance foundational data pipelines that power self-service analytics, automate critical reporting workflows to significantly reduce manual efforts, and ensure pipelines are consistently refreshed with new or seasonal data. What You Will Be Doing • Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage standardized test reporting frameworks to make business decisions • Maintenance of the Data Foundations layer needed to supercharge self-serving capabilities for product reporting • Automation of in-season KPI reporting and opportunity identification on CoM products t • Build and/or collaborate with other analytics enablement teams on New CoM reporting capabilities for short-term lending products • Define key metrics using backend source of truth where available, leverage best practices for data pipeline performance and quality, and business facing reporting Required Skills & Experience • Bachelor's degree • Strong SQL experience • Experience building scalable data pipelines • Expertise in BI tools • Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making
