Role description
Job Title: Reporting Analyst Location (city, state): Irvine, CA - hybrid Compensation: $35-40/hr Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). A financial services company is seeking a Reporting Analyst to join its data and analytics team. This role will focus on building and maintaining business intelligence dashboards and reporting solutions that support mortgage operations, sales performance, compliance, and executive decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong Power BI and SQL expertise, enjoys working directly with business stakeholders, and thrives in a highly data-driven environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that is hybrid onsite in Orange County. Looking to start ASAP – ideally end of June or early July. MUST HAVES: 1. 3-5+ years of experience as a Reporting Analyst, BI Developer, or Data Analyst 1. Strong Power BI experience including Power Query, DAX, and data modeling 1. Prior experience in some sort of financial services industry 1. Experience with Sigma Computing and/or willingness to learn 1. Advanced SQL skills with experience querying Snowflake, SQL Server, Redshift, or similar databases 1. Experience building dashboards, reports, and scalable BI solutions 1.
