LCM Reporting Analyst
Hourly Rate: $50/hour W2
1 year contract W2 Only
Hybrid from one of the following locations:
Quincy, Massachusetts
Carlisle, Pennsylvania
Scarborough, Maine
Hyattsville, Maryland
Salisbury, North Carolina
Greenville, South Carolina
Primary Purpose:
The Life Cycle Management (LCM) Analyst supports the implementation of the Life Cycle Management team, with the primary goal of gathering and analyzing asset data, determining End of Life, End of Support and Technical debt. Partners with IT Asset Management, in the analysis and validation of LCM/CMBD data to determine LCM Roadmap. Works closely with Infrastructure and Solutions Delivery teams quarterly to review LCM investment recommendations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement Life Cycle Management program
Analyze and research asset data
Identify Lifecycle Phase, Technical Debt and investment priorities
Develop Technical Debt Roadmap
Identify benefits and risks
Prioritize investments
Socialize Life Cycle Management program/strategy to IT/Business leadership
Ensure that the functions are performed in accordance to established policies and procedures
Provide regular reporting to leadership
Identify, resolve and escalate issues as needed
Qualifications:
5+ year of experience working in large, enterprise organizations
Strong Leadership and Organizational skills
Relationship skills to build partnerships and foster collaboration
Problem resolution skills
Ability to multi-task and determine priorities
Strong time management skills
Strategic thinking
Analytical mindset, statistics experience
Communications skills with ability to engage Executive Leadership
Develop presentations/briefings and deliver to executive leadership
Data analysis skills, ability to process and collate large amounts of information
Ability to arrange data and display it in an easy-to-read format
Preferred Qualifications:
IT experience in Retail environment
Technical Undergraduate degree
Experience working with technology such as IT hardware, software, operating systems, databases, applications
Strong skills with MS Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint)
Familiarity with CMDBs
Service Now tool experience preferred or demonstrated work experience with other like industry tool suites
Excellent technical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
