Reporting Analyst

Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports to support business and client needs. • Analyze healthcare-related data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting deliverables. • Utilize Cedargate tools to generate reports and perform data analysis. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful analytics. • Validate data, troubleshoot reporting issues, and recommend process improvements. • Maintain documentation for reporting processes, methodologies, and report specifications. • Support stakeholders by providing timely insights and data-driven recommendations. Required Qualifications • 3–4 years of experience in Reporting, Analytics, or Business Intelligence. • Experience with Healthcare Employer Reporting is required. • Hands-on experience with the Cedargate platform is mandatory. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Experience creating, validating, and maintaining operational and analytical reports. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
