We are looking for a data-driven Business Analytics Advisor to transform reporting capabilities for a global freight forwarding organization. The ideal candidate combines freight forwarding expertise with technical knowledge of SQL, Python, and modern visualization tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop freight-specific KPIs and dashboards for business performance.
• Drive reporting automation and implementation of analytics tools (Power BI).
• Collaborate with business users to define metrics and success criteria.
• Analyze operational data and generate actionable insights.
• Support continuous improvement through data storytelling and insights.
Qualifications:
• Strong domain knowledge in air, ocean, and customs brokerage operations.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, and data visualization.
• Proven track record in implementing freight forwarding analytics.
• Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teams.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a data-first mindset.
