This role is ideal for an IT reporting and business support professional with a strong background in SQL, Tableau, and Power BI, and a passion for executive communications, business operations, and process improvement. The ideal consultant will be a collaborative, energetic team player who excels at both data-driven reporting and cross-functional coordination.
About the Role:
This role combines reporting, business operations support, and executive communication responsibilities to drive transparency, engagement, and collaboration across the organization. You'll support internal leaders through timely data insights, help manage internal communications and events, and contribute to operational excellence by maintaining team processes, documentation, and business metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and maintain custom dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to support performance tracking, team metrics, and business reviews.
β’ Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, validate data, and ensure high-quality outputs.
β’ Design and develop content for executive communications, internal leadership updates, and presentations.
β’ Support internal associate engagement efforts, including organizing town halls, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and team events.
β’ Build and maintain internal team documentation, including SOPs, process flows, and operational guides.
β’ Serve as a liaison between departments, helping to coordinate initiatives and ensure alignment across business and IT units.
β’ Assist in tracking progress toward strategic goals by managing and distributing actionable business insights.
β’ Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes and team support initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
β’ 4+ years of experience in IT reporting, business support, or analyst roles, preferably in the financial or banking industry.
β’ Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation.
β’ Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
β’ Experience gathering and refining business and reporting requirements.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort interacting with executive stakeholders.
β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
β’ Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Communications, or related field.
β’ Experience supporting IT leadership teams or technology functions.
β’ Familiarity with project management and business operations concepts.
β’ Demonstrated interest in leadership development or long-term growth within IT organizations.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
