Contract Duration: 12-months Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN Compensation: $41.00 - $56.00 per hour What you ll do as the Reporting and Insights Analyst: • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand data needs and deliver impactful solutions • Collect, analyze, and interpret structured and unstructured data from diverse sources • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI • Write efficient SQL and Python queries to extract, transform, and process data • Work with MongoDB to query and model NoSQL data for analytics purposes • Support experimentation and A/B testing to track product performance and outcomes • Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders What you ll bring to the Reporting and Insights Analyst role: • Bachelor s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in data analytics or a similar role • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and scripting • Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB • Familiarity with backend data sources built in Java/Kotlin with Spring Boot • Strong skills in data visualization and BI tool expertise • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to pivot quickly in a dynamic environment • (Preferred) Experience in Agile environments, cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure), or modern data tools (dbt, Airflow) As an equal opportunity employer, Dahl Consulting welcomes candidates of all backgrounds and experiences to apply.
