Job Description – Reporting Lead / Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Developer Job Title: Reporting Lead – Package Consultant – Oracle Business Analytics Cloud (Oracle FDI) Location: UK – Remote Contract: Inside IR35 Eligibility: UK Nationals only with a minimum of 5 years continuous UK residency About the Role We are seeking an experienced Reporting Lead / Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI). The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate, insightful, and scalable reporting solutions that support strategic business decisions across a major Oracle Fusion transformation programme. This role is part of the Synergy Programme, delivering a shared-services HR, Finance, and Payroll platform across multiple UK Government departments, supporting over 250,000 users. Required Skills & Experience β€’ Strong experience developing reports using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI). β€’ Hands-on experience with Oracle Business Analytics Cloud. β€’ Experience working with Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, and/or EPM modules. β€’ Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion reporting architecture and data models. β€’ Experience creating: β€’ Dashboards β€’ KPIs β€’ Scorecards β€’ Interactive Reports β€’ Data Visualizations β€’ Strong SQL and data analysis skills. β€’ Experience performing data validation, reconciliation, and reporting quality assurance. β€’ Knowledge of reporting governance and best practices. β€’ Experience supporting enterprise Oracle Fusion implementation programmes. β€’ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. β€’ Ability to work independently within large, cross-functional delivery teams. Preferred Skills β€’ Experience with large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation programmes. β€’ Public Sector or Government project experience. β€’ Knowledge of HR, Finance, and Payroll reporting. β€’ Experience with Agile delivery methodologies. β€’ Understanding of data governance and reporting standards. β€’ Experience producing functional and technical documentation. Mandatory Requirements β€’ Minimum 5 years continuous UK residency. β€’ Eligible to work on UK Government programmes. β€’ Experience working in enterprise Oracle Fusion Cloud environments.
