Job Title: Reporting Lead β Package Consultant β Oracle Business Analytics Cloud (Oracle FDI)
Location: UK β Remote
Contract: Inside IR35
Eligibility: UK Nationals only with a minimum of 5 years continuous UK residency
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Reporting Lead / Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI). The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate, insightful, and scalable reporting solutions that support strategic business decisions across a major Oracle Fusion transformation programme.
This role is part of the Synergy Programme, delivering a shared-services HR, Finance, and Payroll platform across multiple UK Government departments, supporting over 250,000 users.
Required Skills & Experience
β’ Strong experience developing reports using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
β’ Hands-on experience with Oracle Business Analytics Cloud.
β’ Experience working with Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, and/or EPM modules.
β’ Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion reporting architecture and data models.
β’ Experience creating:
β’ Dashboards
β’ KPIs
β’ Scorecards
β’ Interactive Reports
β’ Data Visualizations
β’ Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
β’ Experience performing data validation, reconciliation, and reporting quality assurance.
β’ Knowledge of reporting governance and best practices.
β’ Experience supporting enterprise Oracle Fusion implementation programmes.
β’ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
β’ Ability to work independently within large, cross-functional delivery teams.
Preferred Skills
β’ Experience with large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation programmes.
β’ Public Sector or Government project experience.
β’ Knowledge of HR, Finance, and Payroll reporting.
β’ Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
β’ Understanding of data governance and reporting standards.
β’ Experience producing functional and technical documentation.
Mandatory Requirements
β’ Minimum 5 years continuous UK residency.
β’ Eligible to work on UK Government programmes.
β’ Experience working in enterprise Oracle Fusion Cloud environments.
