Role description

• Technical BA
This is a true Technical BA role, not a Project Manager position, requiring someone who can read technical documentation, speak developer language, collaborate closely with Technical Delivery Managers and Scrum Masters, and partner with Product Owners to translate requirements into well-defined tickets and documentation. The teams develop and manage all in-store applications outside of the POS system, as well as driver-facing mobile applications, and are working on both globally deployed products and new development initiatives.
The environment includes a broad and complex technology stack such as .NET, JavaScript, Java, Swift, mobile development, databases, cloud technologies, and integrated data science within Scrum, so candidates with exposure to diverse technical ecosystems are preferred. The team is looking for someone curious, proactive, comfortable asking questions, and able to jump into fast-moving teams that are already actively delivering code
