Our company R3Resultsยฎ has done employee training for 25 years for some of the biggest corporations such as Google, Comcast, Avis, MetLife, C.H. Robinson, Caterpillar, YouTube and many others. We have produced the best de-escalation course anywhere.
A former national training director F.O.P. said (in his personal capacity, not officially for the organization): "What you have is wonderful. It will be huge. You need to have cops represent you. Cops like talking with cops." Well said! Our course was praised by various world class experts such as the full bird colonel USMC (ret.) who headed security for Desert Storm. He said this doesn't just talk talk but can acutally be really effective. A POST (Police Officers Standards & Training Director) said: "I've seen dozens of course on this subject. I can't begin to put into words how far superior your course is." The course is accredited for 8 hours continuing professional education for law officers.
The course teaches what other de-escalation courses all seem to miss. We think it is at the heart of making it effective. That is how to become aware of what's going on inside yourself when in the face of fear and threat, and how to gain control over that. How you feel inside is more important than what words you say.
The other thing is that most courses are boring. Ours is not. Also, we have it very reasonably priced, even lower than competitors' courses that are cheaply produced and not effective.
You set your own hours -- you can work 2 hours per week if you wish.
You will receive 15% of the gross receipts from any business resulting from your efforts. You just have to introduce us to interested prospects. We'll close the sale.
Start with the low hanging fruit -- that would be people or departments you personally know who would benefit from having this course. You are just offering them a free look at Part One of our four part course. If they take the course and love it they will word-of-mouth mention it to others. Those would all be your accounts.
Let's say a department has 1,000 officers. Your commission would be $20,250. We'll start with small departments and work our way up to the big ones like NYPD with its 34,000 employees. You can figure what the commission would be on that.
You have to like talking with other officers. You should strongly believe in de-escalation as a needed skill.. You will help save lives and reduce stress on officers. You should enjoy your talks with the active duty officers who will benefit from your experience and from our course.
