Client:Β Entertainment Provider Title:Β Revenue Strategy and Operations Manager Location/Time Zone (On-site): New York, NY 10036 / San Francisco, CA 94107 / Los Angeles, CA 90028 - On-site Role Duration: 07Β Months (Potential Extension/Conversion) Pay Range: ($75-$80) hourly OverView: β€’ This is a data-driven Revenue Operations role focused on analyzing and improving SMB digital advertising performance. β€’ You will work directly with Sales and Marketing teams to drive revenue insights, optimize campaign performance, and build scalable reporting systems. Required Qualifications (NON-NEGOTIABLE): β€’ 5+ years of experience in: β€’ Revenue Operations / Sales Operations / Marketing Analytics β€’ Digital Advertising / Ad-Tech / Media / Performance Marketing industry β€’ Strong hands-on experience with SQL (BigQuery preferred) β€’ Experience analyzing campaign performance, conversion funnels, and customer behavior β€’ Proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar) β€’ Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards. β€’ Ability to translate data into clear business β€’ insights and recommendations. Preferred (Nice-to-Have): β€’ Experience with CTV (Connected TV) or programmatic advertising β€’ Familiarity with marketing automation or sales engagement tools β€’ Python for data analysis Required Industry Background (MANDATORY): β€’ Candidates must have direct experience in one or more of the following: β€’ Digital Advertising / Ad-Tech (DSPs, programmatic, paid media) β€’ Media / Streaming / OTT / CTV platforms β€’ Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing analytics Responsibilities: β€’ Analyze sales pipeline, conversion metrics, and revenue performance to identify growth opportunities β€’ Evaluate digital advertising and marketing campaign performance (paid + organic) and recommend optimizations β€’ Write and optimize SQL queries (BigQuery preferred) to analyze large datasets (sales activity, customer behavior, campaign performance) β€’ Build and maintain dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Salesforce) to track KPIs and business performance β€’ Deliver actionable insights and executive-level reporting to support decision-making Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve efficiency and outcomes Benefits: β€’ The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, (paid time, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annually - AS Applicable).
