Revenue/ System Business Analyst

A leading organization in the travel and hospitality industry is seeking a Specialist, Revenue Accounting Systems to support and enhance enterprise revenue accounting applications. This role focuses on system testing, production support, and collaboration with Finance and IT teams to ensure accurate and efficient revenue accounting processes. Responsibilities • Design and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for revenue accounting systems • Collaborate with business, IT, and project teams to define requirements and testing scope • Identify, track, and support resolution of system defects and enhancements • Support system deployments and post-implementation activities • Provide production support and troubleshoot application issues • Analyze revenue accounting data and assist business users with data sourcing Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 3+ years of experience with financial systems or revenue accounting processes • Experience testing enterprise financial applications • Strong knowledge of accounting principles • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and test/defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) • Working knowledge of SQL/PLSQL preferred Work Environment • On-site, office-based role • Minimal travel; occasional off-hours support may be required during system deployments
