Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid) Duration: 4 months contract Job Description • The Revenue/Sales Data Insights & Analytics Associate supports the organization's revenue growth by analyzing sales performance, uncovering actionable insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making across go-to-market teams. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue Operations to optimize forecasting, pipeline management, customer segmentation, and resource allocation. Responsibilities • Design, develop and launch reporting/dashboard solutions to enable stakeholder teams to independently and consistently track and manage key metrics. • Build and manage data pipelines to enable single source of truth access to core data, document solutions and metric definitions, and provide education for stakeholders where appropriate. • Monitor and report on revenue performance vs. targets, forecasts, and historical trends. • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and automated reports for Sales leaders and cross-functional partners. Experience • 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree. • 4 years of experience generating business insights from revenue and sales data in a global organization • 4 years of experience working with data analysis, designing data pipelines (e.g., SQL, ETL), and developing dashboard solutions (e.g. plx, Tableau, Qlik) Skills • Sales data • Data analysis • Revenue • Data pipelines • Dashboard Education • Bachelor's degree.
