Role description
Title: Rhapsody Health Developer
Location: Lansing, MI - Hybrid
Rate: $70/Hr
Note: This position is a contract on W2, and is NOT open to C2C.
Position Summary:
This position is for Software Solution Architect who will support and complete the tasks necessary to design and implement a methodology to enable the ESB to track the transmission of messages and provide additional related services supporting the interfaces for systems connecting to the Data Hub. Admin will work under the direction of Customer Services, cross matrix teams to support and complete the tasks necessary for the Enterprise ISA technical team. The resource is integral to supporting and improving automated processes, streamlining critical business processes, data integrity, SEM/SUITE compliance, and securing the applications. As a team member, the resource participates in a variety of assignments that provides for the enhancement, integration, maintenance, and implementation of projects. The resource will also provide application oversight to business analysts and to other teams integrating with Health Enterprise Service Bus (HESB).
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing solutions for new use cases
• Develop Interfaces based on the business requirements and specifications
• Create technical requirements and system design based on the business requirements
• Develop custom filters as required using Rhapsody Developer Kit (RDK)
• Create mappers, mapper definitions using EDI message designer
• Write JavaScript code with on Rhapsody using JavaScript(v1) and JavaScript (v2) filters
• Develop API calls for SOAP, REST and web service calls.
• Data format translations from HL7v2, HL7 V3, FHIR, CCDA, XML, JSON and flat file as required
• Working on CDA mapping and conversions
• Prepare code review SUITE SDLC documents
• Develop database connections for MSSQL or Oracle databases
• Develop TCP, HTTP, LLP and OAUTH connections as per the standards
• Responsible for overall system design
• Responsible for overall code and configuration

• Custom message payload translation from one format (e.g., JSON, XML, HL7) to a different format (e.g., proprietary/legacy format)
• Experience using web services, SOAP, REST, OAUTH, TCP-connections, LLP, etc.
• Experience using transport encryption/security; TLS, mutual authorization via certificates, etc.
