Role description
Title: Rightfax Engineer
Location: Charlotte NC, Dallas TX, Chandler AZ, Jersey NJ metro park
Duration: 12-24 Months
Senior Systems Operations Engineer for EFT Platform Management, Fax Operations team. Must have detailed knowledge of Enterprise Faxing technologies, including Rightfax. Need strong understanding of other software/hardware platforms, including but not limited to Windows Server, telephony, SIP, T.38, printers, SMTP, Networking/F5, and Active Directory/Azure AD.
As part of the Enterprise Fax Operations Team, you will:
Participate in managing and supporting L3 Production Operations for all installed systems and services within the Fax Operations functional area
Contribute to increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasks
Review and analyze moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Work with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolution
Meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standards
Collaborate with vendors and other support teams to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of senior level Systems Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of experience with Enterprise level support, maintaining RightFax and other fax systems in a Production environment. This includes application installation, upgrades, vulnerability management, incident and change management, migrations between fax systems.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with RightFax Connect Hybrid
Experience with Faxcom/Biscom
Scripting languages - SQL, VBScript, PowerShell
Windows Server, Telephony, SIP, T.38, printers, SMTP, and Active Directory
M365 and Azure AD and familiarity with Hybrid solutions
Experience with Enterprise tools: Service Now, Agile Kanban/Jira, Thousand Eyes, and other monitoring and observability tools.
Job Expectations:
Participate in on-call rotation with some nights and weekends needed
Troubleshooting of complex issues and root cause analysis
