Role description
LaSalle Network is hiring for a Quantitative Investment Analyst to join a collaborative investment team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on challenging projects in data engineering, quantitative modeling and investment analysis—while working alongside leaders who value innovation, problem-solving and clear communication.
We’re looking for someone who’s just as comfortable coding a new ETL pipeline as they are presenting portfolio risk insights to executives. If you enjoy connecting the dots between data and strategy, you’ll thrive here.
This role is 4x a week in the office downtown and budgeted between $130,000-$160,000 base salary with additional bonus annually. A comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
Quantitative Investment Analyst Responsibilities
• Develop software and visualizations to support investment workflows
• Automate ETL pipelines and streamline data processes
• Conduct quantitative analysis (backtesting, clustering, regression, simulation)
• Validate models and assess portfolio performance and risk measures
• Deliver insights to investment, risk and asset allocation teams
• Present findings clearly to senior executives and external clients
• Mentor others on data communication best practices
Quantitative Investment Analyst Requirements
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on experience with risk systems, OMS or analytics platforms
• Knowledge of R, Python, SQL preferred; Bloomberg/FactSet experience a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
