Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling. This role will involve leveraging advanced analytics to drive business decisions and enhance our data-driven strategies. The Senior Data Scientist will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and contribute to the overall success of our projects. Responsibilities Design and implement machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark, and R. Conduct data mining and perform ETL processes to prepare large datasets for analysis. Develop algorithms for unsupervised learning and natural language processing applications. Collaborate with engineering teams on database design and model deployment strategies. Utilize AWS for cloud-based solutions and big data processing. Apply advanced analytics techniques using tools such as SAS, Looker, and Talend. Engage in model training and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of predictions. Work with programming languages including Python, Java, C, SQL, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell) to manipulate data effectively. Explore linked data concepts and quantum engineering applications as they relate to data science initiatives. Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders through reports and presentations. Experience Proven experience in a Data Scientist role or similar position with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and tools relevant to the industry. Experience working with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights. Familiarity with various programming languages including Python, Java, C, SQL, R, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell). Knowledge of AI concepts and their application in real-world scenarios is a plus.
