Senior Revenue & Royalty Forecasting Analyst Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid) 12M+ Contract Not open for C2C/Subcontracting Job Description Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst specializing in the Royalty and Licensing domain to join our team in San Francisco. This is a high-impact, 12-month contract role focused on transforming complex licensing datasets into actionable predictive insights. You will be responsible for building the models that forecast our future revenue streams and predict deal closures across data-intensive industries. Key Responsibilities • Data Engineering & Ingestion: Utilize Databricks to ingest, process, and manage large-scale, complex datasets from disparate sources. • Predictive Modeling: Design and deploy predictive models using Python to forecast closed deals and project long-term revenue streams. • Domain Analysis: Deep-dive into royalty reports and licensing data structures to identify underlying business trends and growth opportunities. • Visualization & Reporting: Develop sophisticated Power BI dashboards that translate complex modeling results into clear, executive-level insights. • Strategic Research: Conduct proactive research to identify potential risks and market trends within the licensing ecosystem. Required Skills & Experience • Technical Stack: Expert-level proficiency in Python (for modeling) and Power BI (for visualization). • Big Data Tools: Hands-on experience with Databricks for large-scale data processing. • Domain Expertise: Proven track record working with royalty reports and licensing data structures. • Forecasting Excellence: Demonstrated ability to build predictive frameworks specifically for revenue and deal-flow analysis. • Analytical Mindset: Strong research skills with the ability to turn raw data into a strategic narrative.
