RPA UIPath SME with Oracle C2M

Position: Robotic Process Automation - UiPath Subject Matter Expert Work Schedule: Remote Duration: 6 months Eligibility: USC/GC Role Summary This role will engage an RPA – UiPath Subject Matter Expert to design, develop, and maintain UiPath automation solutions within the Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M) application environment. The position is responsible for migrating the existing RPA codebase to integrate with Oracle C2M version 2.9 and supporting automation initiatives across customer service operations. Job Description: The UiPath Subject Matter Expert (Senior) will lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise‑level RPA solutions supporting WSSC Water Customer Service operations, with a strong focus on integration with Oracle C2M v2.9. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of complex UiPath automation solutions across client's Service operations, integrating with Oracle C2M v2.9 modules. • Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert, bridging business requirements and technical design by providing guidance on automation feasibility, best practices, and process optimization. • Drive end‑to‑end RPA lifecycle management, including solution design, development, monitoring, and continuous improvement. • Define and enforce RPA coding standards and documentation practices to ensure scalability, maintainability, and long‑term sustainability of automation solutions. • Mentor and guide junior developers and automation team members, promoting knowledge sharing and adoption of advanced UiPath features and frameworks. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Customer Service and IT, to identify high‑impact automation opportunities and develop business cases for RPA initiatives. • Ensure seamless integration with Oracle C2M v2.9, including process automation, data validation, reporting, and exception handling. • Monitor bot performance and implement robust exception handling, logging, and security measures. • Stay current with UiPath innovations, industry trends, and utilities‑domain best practices to proactively recommend automation enhancements. • Perform additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management. Required Qualifications Education • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Experience & Skills • 5+ years of experience in UiPath development and automation, specifically with Oracle C2M version 2.6 and above. • Proven experience supporting utilities sector business processes, including meter‑to‑cash, billing, and asset management. • Demonstrated experience automating Oracle To‑Do processes. • Strong experience with service‑oriented architecture (SOA), APIs, and SOAP/REST integrations. • Advanced proficiency with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and advanced automation activities. • Demonstrated experience in solution architecture, design patterns, and development of reusable automation components.
