About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Data Load Lead with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP Data Migration Cockpit (DMC) to drive end-to-end data migration across multiple modules, with a strong focus on Finance, Projects, Products, and Procurement.
You will lead data extraction, transformation, and validation efforts, ensuring seamless go-lives while mentoring a team and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. If you thrive in complex migrations, solving data challenges, and optimizing governance, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead end-to-end data migration for S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations, ensuring accuracy in extraction, load files, and validation.
? Mentor data teams and oversee defect management, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions.
? Drive integration between SAP and other enterprise systems, maintaining data integrity.
? Enforce data governance and compliance with financial reporting standards.
? Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to align migration with project timelines.
Qualifications:
? 5-10 years in SAP data management, with proven expertise in Finance, Projects, Products, and Procurement modules.
? Hands-on experience with SAP Data Migration Cockpit (DMC)—multiple project go-lives preferred.
? Strong background in data modelling, warehousing, and migration processes.
? Knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and project methodologies.
? Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
? Certification in SAP (preferred); familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
? Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
