Role description
Description
The SaaS Operations Manager leads a team responsible for day‑to‑day operational functions related to client onboarding, maintenance, and agreement processing. This role manages both onshore and offshore staff (3 offshore employees, one serving as team lead) and oversees workload quality, SLA adherence, escalations, and cross‑department collaboration.
The Manager partners closely with Directors and SVPs in Sales, identifying operational issues and ensuring timely resolution. The role will also co‑lead automation initiatives alongside internal products, including automating service orders, agreements, and onboarding workflows. The Manager is responsible for retraining staff when needed, distributing workload, improving time‑to-resolution metrics, and identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation.
