Job Description: Enterprise Agile Lead / Coach (Integration & Governance) Position Title: Enterprise Agile Lead / Coach Location: Remote Position Type: Contract (~6 months) Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, governance-focused Enterprise Agile Lead / Coach to orchestrate and align a complex ecosystem of 10 to 13 cross-functional workstreams. In this critical role, you will bridge the gap between internal teams and third-party vendors, ensuring everyone operates under a unified delivery framework. Your mission is to establish robust Agile ceremonies, manage cross-stream dependencies, mitigate risks, and implement flawless Jira tracking. Key Responsibilities Multi-Stream Integration & Alignment • Cross-Functional Alignment: Unite 10 to 13 diverse streams—including Product, Sales, Technology, and Operations—into a single, cohesive delivery cadence. • Vendor & Third-Party Integration: Seamlessly blend third-party partner deliverables with internal workstreams to ensure end-to-end value delivery. • Ecosystem Sync: Break down silos between technical and non-technical business units to keep all stakeholders aligned on shared enterprise goals. Agile Ceremonies & Governance • Establish Ceremonies: Set up, launch, and mature all critical Agile ceremonies, including Team-level Scrum and program-level Scrum of Scrums (SoS). • Dependency Management: Proactively map, track, and resolve complex dependencies across all internal and external workstreams. • Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Implement a structured framework for continuous risk assessment, governance, and roadblock escalation. Tooling, Organization & Accurate Reporting • Jira Architecture: Standardize and optimize Jira workflows, boards, and epics to accurately reflect the multi-stream ecosystem. • Data-Driven Reporting: Build and maintain precise Jira dashboards and reports to provide leadership with transparent metrics on velocity, predictability, and health. • Rigorous Organization: Enforce high data integrity and administrative discipline across all teams to ensure reporting is reliable and audit-ready. Qualifications & Skills Experience & Technical Mastery • Enterprise Experience: 5+ years of experience leading large-scale Agile transformations or managing complex programs with 10+ concurrent workstreams. • Integration Expertise: Proven track record of successfully managing and integrating third-party vendors within an Agile framework. • Advanced Jira Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Jira software configuration, portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira Align, Advanced Roadmaps), and dashboard creation. [1, 2] • Framework Knowledge: Deep mastery of SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban principles tailored for both technical and business teams. Certifications (Preferred) • Certified SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC) or Release Train Engineer (RTE) • Certified SAFe® Agilist (SA) • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Core Competencies • Meticulous organizational skills with a laser focus on data accuracy and detailed reporting. • Exceptional communication skills to successfully navigate relationships between Product, Sales, Tech, and external vendors. • Strong governance mindset with the ability to hold teams accountable to process and quality standards.
