Key Responsibilities • Custom Development: Design and develop customizations, scripts, and functionalities within the Sage X3 ERP platform. • Integrations: Build and maintain integrations with other business systems, such as CRM, WMS, or e-commerce platforms, using APIs and other methods. • Report Development: Create custom reports to provide business insights and support various operational needs. • Technical Support: Investigate, analyze, and document defects, and provide ongoing maintenance and correction of issues. • Collaboration: Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions. • Optimization & Maintenance: Optimize system performance, ensure data integrity, and support system upgrades and new module implementations. • Documentation: Create clear and concise technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and processes. Required Skills • Sage X3 Expertise: Proven experience in Sage X3 development, including its 4GL scripting language. • Development Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and other relevant programming languages. • Integration Technologies: Experience with APIs and web services for system integration. • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills to identify and resolve technical issues. • Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders. • ERP Knowledge: Understanding of ERP concepts and best practices.
