About the Company Location - Remote Time - PST Time zone (After 8 PM IST) About the Role Responsibilities : β€’ Minimum: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or job-related discipline or equivalent experience β€’ 8 years Experience in IT-Information Technology security, multi-platform, development experience IGA systems (preferably Sail Point IIQ or Sail Point ISC) including integrations with SAP, Active Directory, OUD, Entra AD, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SCIM/Webservice, and cloud access management (AWS, Azure, GCP) based connection platforms or related. Qualifications : β€’ Desired: 7 years of experience in the identity and access management (IAM) security domain including user life cycle management, provisioning, application onboarding, custom connectors, access reviews, role-based access control, separation of duties, and certifications β€’ Apache Tomcat experience β€’ Code development with Java, Bean shell, scripting (PowerShell), REST APIs, and relational databases β€’ Experience with compliance requirements and reporting, preferably in a PowerBI environment β€’ Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed manner, manage complex projects and stay up to date with the latest industry developments and best practices and apply the knowledge in the workplace. β€’ Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and information effectively both verbally and in writing. β€’ Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience β€’ Utility industry experience β€’ SailPoint Identity Now /Identity AI β€’ SOX, Privacy and/or NERC CIP regulations β€’ CISSP-Certified Information Systems Security Professional or similar security certification β€’ SailPoint certification β€’ Experience with risk management/controls, vulnerability management, and business continuity/disaster recovery
