About the Company Location - Remote Time - PST Time zone (After 8 PM IST) About the Role Responsibilities : • Minimum: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or job-related discipline or equivalent experience • 8 years Experience in IT-Information Technology security, multi-platform, development experience IGA systems (preferably Sail Point IIQ or Sail Point ISC) including integrations with SAP, Active Directory, OUD, Entra AD, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SCIM/Webservice, and cloud access management (AWS, Azure, GCP) based connection platforms or related. Qualifications : • Desired: 7 years of experience in the identity and access management (IAM) security domain including user life cycle management, provisioning, application onboarding, custom connectors, access reviews, role-based access control, separation of duties, and certifications • Apache Tomcat experience • Code development with Java, Bean shell, scripting (PowerShell), REST APIs, and relational databases • Experience with compliance requirements and reporting, preferably in a PowerBI environment • Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed manner, manage complex projects and stay up to date with the latest industry developments and best practices and apply the knowledge in the workplace. • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and information effectively both verbally and in writing. • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience • Utility industry experience • SailPoint Identity Now /Identity AI • SOX, Privacy and/or NERC CIP regulations • CISSP-Certified Information Systems Security Professional or similar security certification • SailPoint certification • Experience with risk management/controls, vulnerability management, and business continuity/disaster recovery
