Primary Skills: Sales Analytics (Expert), Business Insights & Reporting (Expert), Data Visualization - Power BI/Tableau (Advanced), Excel & PowerPoint (Expert), Stakeholder Collaboration (Advanced), SQL (Intermediate) Contract: W2 Location: San Francisco, CA() Duration: 6 months Pay Range:$65-70 Per Hour #LP JOB SUMMARY: Client is seeking a Sales Analytical Consultant to lead business insights for the Medicare Line of Business (LOB), supporting Direct Sales teams in understanding channel performance and translating data into actionable recommendations. This role requires strong analytical thinking, storytelling with data, and cross-functional collaboration to enable effective decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly data-driven, comfortable working with large datasets, and experienced in healthcare or Medicare analytics. JOB REQUIREMENTS: β€’ Lead sales analytics and generate actionable insights for Medicare LOB performance. β€’ Analyze channel performance and provide recommendations to improve sales effectiveness. β€’ Connect data across multiple teams and systems to drive informed business decisions. β€’ Build dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau for stakeholder visibility. β€’ Translate complex datasets into clear, concise presentations for leadership. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and analytics. β€’ Support campaign analysis and optimization through data insights. β€’ Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within sales and customer data. Must have Skills: β€’ Strong experience in sales analytics and business insights generation. β€’ Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. β€’ Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset. β€’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Industry Experience: β€’ Experience in healthcare consulting or health plan sales preferred. β€’ Strong knowledge of Medicare (products, consumer behavior, sales funnel) highly preferred. β€’ Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or call center analytics is a plus. β€’ Experience working with large-scale datasets and relational databases preferred.
