Role description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Administer SIP Plans on a quarterly cadence
• Conduct audits of plan documentation, job profiles, and compensation components to ensure compliance, consistency, and data accuracy
• Support annual compensation planning cycles through data analysis, scenario modeling, and recommendations on plan mechanics and system capabilities
• Collaborate with partners in Sales, HR, Finance, IT, and other groups
• Work within the end-to-end operational process for Sales Incentive Program (SIP)
• Support configuration of clients' Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) tool, Varicent, and ensure it is aligned to current and new plan designs
• Process Documentation and creating Enablement Documents in PPT
• Complete new hire onboarding training for sales hires for processes related to SIP.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• 2+ years of experience in sales compensation, commissions, sales operations, or sales finance, ideally within a high-growth or technology-driven organization
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with databases and SQL (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake) or compensation platforms (e.g., Varicent, Xactly, Callidus) is a plus
• General understanding of sales processes, roles, and quota-based incentive programs
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
