Job Title: Sales Insights Analyst
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 7 months
Contract Type: W2 only
Pay Rate: $59.86/Hour
Duties:
β’ Utilize Clientβs internal data sources and tools to deeply understand, visualize, and build methodologies to estimate additional leads and revenue through improvement tests from digital to phone sales.
β’ Collaborate with B2B and B2C analytics teams to support the development of comprehensive funnel view dashboards from various digital surfaces to phone/chat, ensuring inclusion of key KPIs, definitions, segments, and metrics for ICX.
β’ Work cross-functionally with marketing, product management, commerce, and sales teams to drive test strategies and ensure the opportunity sizing and instrumentation of each use case.
β’ Maximize the use of JIRA, Wiki, and Slack to manage project execution and handle official requests across teams.
β’ Quantitatively and qualitatively evaluate the results of test strategies and use cases and report the learnings and insights to relevant teams to inform future strategies.

β’ Data Guru: Proficiency in using tools like Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI to visualize funnel performance from digital to phone sales and build methodologies to estimate additional revenue.
β’ Strategic Thinker: Capability to ensure multi-functional alignment of goals and execution to drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives.
β’ Strong Collaborator: Ability to work with marketing, product management, and sales teams to drive digital sales strategies.
β’ Project Driver: Proficiency in using JIRA and Wiki to manage project execution and handle official requests across teams.
β’ Results-Oriented: Skill in tracking KPIs and evaluating the results of strategies and use cases to inform future initiatives.
β’ Knowledge of the structure and key features of general e-commerce websites
β’ Basic knowledge of different digital journeys for multiple customer segments
β’ Ability to create design mockups to propose improved digital experiences (experience with Xd or Figma is a plus).
β’ Knowledge of user targeting methods and web content personalization, and understanding of implementation requirements for static pages, A/B testing tools, and performance tracking (experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Targeting, or Adobe Journey Optimization is a plus).
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of multiple data dashboards and quick learning ability (mainly Adobe Analytics and Power BI); ability to use dashboards and analytics tools to track and understand digital performance affecting lead generation in the funnel.
β’ Ability to build basic methodologies to size business opportunities
β’ Ability to define business challenges in the current digital experience, formulate hypotheses, and plan improvement proposals.
Education:
β’ BS/BA plus equivalent experience with 7+ years in sales operations and/or digital marketing, in SAS industry.
