Job Description
We are seeking a talented and driven contractor to join the Global Incentive Compensation – Scale and Transformation Team.
This role focuses on delivering operational excellence and supporting the global sales compensation ecosystem through systems, tools, and process optimization. You will collaborate closely with Sales Compensation, Compensation Design, and Sales Operations teams to improve and scale incentive compensation processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and maintain process flows, user guides, enablement materials, and requirements documentation.
• Write technical and business requirements and manage change documentation.
• Develop and maintain operational playbooks.
• Create UAT test coverage and test scripts; participate in test execution.
• Triage system issues and coordinate with appropriate teams for resolution.
• Design scalable, flexible, and cost-effective solutions with minimal system disruption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend solutions.
• Support launches of new tools and processes and help define success metrics.
• Identify opportunities for automation and system integration to improve efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
• 4–5+ years in operational roles within SaaS environments (sales compensation experience is a plus).
• Proven ability to drive projects from concept to completion.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with data manipulation experience using:
• Google Sheets
• Microsoft Access & Excel
• Python
• SQL/SOQL or equivalent tools
• Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred Skills
• Business Analyst or similar technical experience.
• Experience with UAT test script creation and execution.
• Process documentation and enablement content development.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of database concepts and infrastructure.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
