Role description
• The Systems Analyst 2 will serve as a hands-on System Administrator for Client Salesforce Organizations. The role requires broad technical expertise, including:
• Setting up new Salesforce orgs from scratch
• Integrating with 3rd-party tools
• Data migration and quality management
• Using CI/CD frameworks
• Performing production support and general administrative tasks
• Experience with Salesforce development (preferred)
• Familiarity with DocuSign and Azure Data Factory (preferred)
• Working within Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Availability for 24/7 support as required
• The analyst will work closely with business users to understand requirements, analyze procedures, identify solutions, review system capabilities, prepare documentation, and recommend system modifications or enhancements.
