Job Title: Salesforce Administrator / Data Analyst
Location: Westlake, TX | Merrimack, NH
About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator with strong data analysis skills to support a charitable services team. This role is ideal for someone experienced in managing Salesforce environments, ensuring data quality, and leveraging tools such as Validity DemandTools for deduplication and data hygiene. A background in financial services is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
β’ Perform Salesforce administrative functions: user and permission management, workflows, validation rules, automation, reports, and dashboards.
β’ Create and manage custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and Lightning components as needed.
β’ Configure and maintain automation tools such as Process Builder and Flows.
β’ Analyze and cleanse Salesforce data to improve accuracy, completeness, and usability.
β’ Identify and resolve data quality issues, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
β’ Manage data inflows and outflows across integrated systems (ETL tools, APIs, middleware).
β’ Use DemandTools (or equivalent) for mass data deduplication, standardization, and transformations.
β’ Collaborate with business stakeholders and senior analysts to define data governance best practices.
β’ Conduct data audits and provide recommendations for improved data integrity.
β’ Support Salesforce projects with data migration, sandbox refreshes, and data model changes.
Qualifications
β’ 5+ years of professional Salesforce Administration experience.
β’ Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required.
β’ Proven experience with Salesforce data analysis and deduplication.
β’ Hands-on experience with Validity DemandTools or similar tools.
β’ Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, object relationships, reports, and dashboards.
β’ Proficiency with SQL and/or SOQL.
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and data flows (MuleSoft, SnapLogic, APIs, etc.).
β’ Proficiency with Excel, CSV management, Data Loader, and bulk data operations.
β’ Strong communication and documentation skills.
β’ Experience with Financial Services Cloud or financial services domain is a strong plus.
β’ Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) preferred.
β’ Experience with sandbox management and deployment tools (Change Sets, DevOps Center, Gearset, Flosum, etc.).
