Salesforce Agentforce Developer CloudConnections About CloudConnections.us Since 2014, CloudConnections.us has delivered application development, integrations, and managed support. We pair senior onshore leadership with nearshore engineering to ship fast, reduce risk, and keep costs predictable. Our work spans Salesforce (Agentforce, Einstein, Service/Sales Cloud), Amazon Connect, .NET, mobile, data, and cloud (Azure/AWS), with measurable outcomes, security, and compliance at the core. Role Summary As an Agentforce Developer, you will configure, build, and ship Agentforce-powered experiences on Salesforceβ€”covering skills, actions, orchestration, guardrails, and evaluations. You’ll collaborate with architects, admins, and data engineers to turn requirements into reliable, scalable solutions that drive real business value. What You’ll Do β€’ Configure Agentforce: set up skills/actions, tools, grounding strategies, safety guardrails, and agent handoff patterns. β€’ Build conversational flows using Agentforce, Einstein Bots/Messaging, and Service Cloud features (Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Case). β€’ Prompt engineering & orchestration: design reusable prompt templates, variables, and routing; manage prompt and agent versioning. β€’ Integrate & extend: build and consume REST/GraphQL APIs; integrate with Amazon Connect, MuleSoft, and external services; implement Named Credentials/OAuth. β€’ Data & grounding: work with Salesforce Data Cloud/CRM data for retrieval/grounding; implement RAG-style patterns where appropriate. β€’ Custom dev on Salesforce: Apex services, triggers, platform events, and LWCs to deliver agent-driven UIs and automation. β€’ Testing & quality: create unit/integration tests (Apex/LWC), eval harnesses for prompts/agents, offline test datasets, and guardrail checks. β€’ CI/CD & DevOps: use source-driven development (SFDX), package-based deployments, Git branching, and pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub). β€’ Observability: instrument agent runs, logs, and metrics; track outcomes and iterate to improve accuracy/latency/cost. β€’ Documentation & enablement: produce clear runbooks, handoffs, and admin/operator guides. Required Qualifications β€’ 3+ years Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows, SFDX). β€’ 1+ years hands-on GenAI application work (prompt design, tool/skill wiring, safety/guardrails, evaluations). β€’ Direct experience with Agentforce (preferred) or similar GenAI agent platforms. β€’ Delivered solutions on Service Cloud or Sales Cloud; strong understanding of case, routing, Knowledge, and data/security model. β€’ API integration expertise (REST, webhooks, OAuth 2.0); experience with Named Credentials and external services. β€’ Solid testing habits (Apex tests, LWC tests, prompt/agent evaluation strategies). β€’ Proficiency with Git and CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions). Preferred Skills β€’ Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein Service Intelligence, Next Best Action. β€’ Amazon Connect / telephony integrations. β€’ MuleSoft, Node.js or Python for integration/services. β€’ RAG/vector retrieval patterns; cost/latency optimization for LLM calls. β€’ Certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, AI Associate (or equivalent). Interview Process β€’ Initial conversation – 30 min: role fit, background, and interests. β€’ Peer interview – 45 min: deep dive into recent projects, tradeoffs, debugging stories. β€’ Panel + live exercise – 60 min: configure an agent/flow from a prompt; discuss eval/guardrails (no pre-work). β€’ Leadership interview – 45 min: delivery mindset, ownership, and client impact. Working at CloudConnections.us β€’ Remote-first collaboration with onshore + nearshore teams. β€’ Flexibility and outcome-focused culture. β€’ Collaboration & transparency via regular forums and feedback loops. β€’ Recognition for shipping quality work and improving client outcomes. β€’ Client travel may be required for some engagements (typically up to ~25%, discussed in advance).
