Salesforce Apex Technical Lead

Job Title: Salesforce Apex Technical Lead (Lightning Framework) Location: Reston, Virginia (3 Days Onsite) Employment Type: Contract Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Apex Technical Lead with strong expertise in the Lightning Framework. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, guide teams, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage Salesforce Apex and Lightning development projects from inception to delivery. • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. • Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and coding standards. • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions. • Work closely with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Apex development (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex). • Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Framework, and Lightning Design System. • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. • Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, sharing rules, and deployment strategies. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
