Job Title : Salesforce Development with Agent Force & Python Location : New York city, NY & Alpharetta, GA Duration : Long Term contract Job Description: • Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12+ Years of IT experience. • Heavily hands-on position responsible for building, scaling, and leading a high-performing engineering team • Collaborate closely with US stakeholders and offshore (IN) team members with timezone overlap • Own end-to-end technical execution across Salesforce (preferably Agentforce), Python full-stack development, Angular UI engineering, and analytics integrations • 10–15 years of relevant experience with strong hands-on engineering leadership • Lead and actively contribute to development across Salesforce platform, Python backend, and Angular frontend layers • Strong proficiency in Python microservices, API development, and data handling • Solid experience in Angular, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript for modern UI development • Manage integrations between Salesforce, backend services, and analytics platforms • Experience in Core Banking or Financial/Wealth Management domain is required • Strong experience working with US stakeholders and managing cross-geography delivery • Deep understanding of Angular and modern agent desktop/front-end frameworks • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level reporting skills • Responsible for technical design, architecture decisions, and solution ownership • Conduct code reviews and mentor team members on coding standards and best practices • Ensure high-quality delivery, scalability, and performance of engineering solutions • Strong Analytics and problem Solving Skills • Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. • Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
