Role description
Job Overview:
As a Salesforce Manager, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Salesforce platform and related products. Working closely with stakeholders across business units, you will ensure Salesforce solutions are optimized for business value, user adoption, and scalable growth. Your leadership will drive enhancements, integrations, and new features that enable our teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce CRM and related applications.
β’ Develop, communicate, and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for Salesforce initiatives.
β’ Gather and prioritize requirements from business stakeholders, transforming needs into actionable user stories and technical requirements.
β’ Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Service, IT, external vendors, etc.) to drive project execution and change management related to Salesforce.
β’ Manage and prioritize a product backlog; deliver regular updates and enhancements based on business value and feedback.
β’ Own the full product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements through UAT, deployment, and post-launch assessment.
β’ Monitor, analyze, and report on product performance, adoption, and ROI; use data to inform continuous improvement.
β’ Stay up to date on Salesforce platform releases, features, and best practices; recommend solutions to drive innovation.
β’ Ensure platform compliance with security, data integrity, and regulatory requirements.
β’ Provide strategic input on Salesforce licensing, integrations, and related technology decisions.
Required Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
β’ 3+ years of product management, business analyst, or equivalent experience with Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
β’ Proven experience delivering Salesforce projects in an Agile/Scrum environment.
β’ Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, administration, and user experience design.
β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and drive cross-functional initiatives.
β’ Proficient in creating product roadmaps, user stories, process flows, and managing product backlogs.
β’ Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Product Manager/Designer, or similar) strongly preferred.
Desired Skills:
β’ Experience with third-party Salesforce integrations and AppExchange products.
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Flows, Process Builder).
β’ Data analysis and/or dashboard building skills.
β’ Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
