Job Description:
This is a technical position requiring strong planning, design, and implementation skills to support Marketing Technology (MarTech) software. The role focuses on system integration, business functionality, resiliency, and security standards. Responsibilities include implementation planning, requirements analysis, system configuration, enhancements, resolution of production issues, and support for both business partners and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a technical specialist throughout the system upgrade life cycle (analysis, design, configuration/development, implementation).
Collaborate with business teams to analyze requirements, assess impacts, and recommend configuration changes.
Provide expertise in Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) and related Marketing Technologies.
Administer, implement, and configure Learning Management Systems (LMS) in a corporate environment.
Manage vendor coordination, technical troubleshooting, and issue resolution for LMS platforms.
Support user interactions across web-based, multimedia, and mobile technologies.
Work with Content Management Systems (CMS) for content delivery and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations.
Design, develop, and implement corporate training programs; create and maintain end-user training materials and provide ongoing user support.
Perform data monitoring tasks and assist users with system navigation and troubleshooting.
Apply knowledge of networking and security (access controls, protocols, routing) to ensure compliance and secure configurations.
Configure and support cloud-based marketing tools and relational database integrations.
Manage Google Analytics administration, security configurations, and reporting.
Provide Salesforce administration and configuration for Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Qualifications:
5–7+ years of software development and system implementation experience.
Proven experience in LMS administration, configuration, and support.
Strong understanding of CMS platforms, user access management, and SSO integrations.
Hands-on experience with cloud-based MarTech tools and relational databases.
Experience with Google Analytics (administration & security configuration).
Salesforce administration and configuration (Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud).
Knowledge of networking and security concepts (access controls, protocols, routing).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Professional certifications are a plus.
