Please let me know a good time for you this week. Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Salesforce Technical Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into technical specifications for Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and administrators to ensure that solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business goals. Responsibilities: β€’ Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for Salesforce-related initiatives. β€’ Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, detailed functional and technical specifications. β€’ Assist in the design and configuration of Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, and page layouts. β€’ Work with Salesforce developers to design and test custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components when needed. β€’ Coordinate and execute testing, including unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing. β€’ Support ongoing Salesforce administration tasks including data quality, user support, and system maintenance. β€’ Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support for Salesforce users. β€’ Monitor and evaluate system performance and propose improvements for scalability and efficiency. β€’ Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and platform releases. Required Skills and Qualifications: β€’ 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or related technical role. β€’ Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including data models, security, automation tools (flows, process builder), and reporting. β€’ Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and user stories. β€’ Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools and basic understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. β€’ Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and change management processes. β€’ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. β€’ Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud is a plus.
