Important information: To be immediately considered, please send an updated version of your resume to somp767@kellyservices.com Title: Data Reporting Analyst Location : Remote Duration: 1 year contract W2 Contract (No C2C) Work Hours: Flexible within 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time (±1–2 hours acceptable) Pay rate- $45 per hour Role Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Reporting Analyst to support regulatory and internal reporting needs. This role focuses on extracting data from SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and transforming it into accurate, well-structured reports using Excel. The analyst will work primarily with post-market complaint data and sales/distribution data, ensuring compliance and supporting investigative work. Key Responsibilities • Extract data from SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for ad hoc reporting. • Aggregate and format data in Excel for regulatory agencies and internal teams. • Create reports related to complaint rates and distribution/sales metrics. • Perform peer quality checks on reports for accuracy and consistency. • Collaborate occasionally with other departments to centralize data in the warehouse. • Interpret report parameters and ensure correct data aggregation. Required Qualifications • 1–2 years of experience in data reporting or analytics. • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, aggregations). • Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for data extraction. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field. • Familiarity with medical device or regulated industry data. • Experience with other BI tools (SAP BusinessObjects, Spotfire, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau). Success Metrics (First 3 Months) • Complete training on time. • Independently create accurate reports with minimal guidance. • Demonstrate proficiency in SAC extraction and Excel transformation. • Participate effectively in peer quality checks.
