Role Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Consultant to support enterprise analytics and planning initiatives across SAP Datasphere, SAP S/4HANA CDS views, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning. This role emphasizes data modeling and semantic layer design first, followed by planning and analytics consumption. The consultant will work closely with finance, supply chain, and business stakeholders to design scalable, planning-ready data models and deliver SAC Planning solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. This role requires a strong functional understanding of planning processes combined with solid SAP technical foundations. Key Responsibilities SAP Datasphere & Semantic Modeling (Primary) Design and develop SAP Datasphere models for analytics and planning use cases Build and optimize CDS Views (S/4HANA & HANA Native) for: Analytical consumption Planning-ready datasets KPI frameworks (actuals vs plan vs forecast) Model business logic including: Measures, attributes, hierarchies Cumulative vs non-cumulative KPIs Numerator / denominator calculations Ensure semantic consistency across Datasphere, CDS, BW, and SAC Collaborate with architects on data & analytics architecture SAC Planning & Analytics Design, build, and deploy SAC Planning models, including: Budgeting, Forecasting, Rolling Forecasts, What-If scenarios Versions, hierarchies, and time models Implement: Data Actions & Multi-Actions Allocations Advanced formulas & script logic Design input-enabled stories and analytic dashboards Support financial, operational, and KPI-driven planning use cases Integration & Landscape SAP Datasphere SAP S/4HANA (via CDS) SAP HANA Native (Calculation Views) SAP BW / BW on HANA Ensure reconciliation and consistency between: Actuals Plans Forecasts Support hybrid landscapes (BW / Datasphere / SAC coexistence) Architecture & Best Practices Contribute to analytics and planning architecture design Support transition initiatives: BEx / BO to SAC Apply performance optimization best practices Participate in: Governance Transport management Release cycles Client & Project Delivery Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP analytics solutions Work in Agile or hybrid delivery models Support: UAT Training Go-live Post-go-live enhancements Collaborate closely with Bilink architects and client stakeholders Required Skills & ExperienceMust-Have 5+ years of SAP Analytics experience Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere and/or HANA Native modeling Strong knowledge of: CDS Views (analytical and planning use cases) Data modeling principles for analytics and planning Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud – Planning Strong understanding of: Planning concepts (Budget, Forecast, Versions, Allocations) SAC Data Actions & Advanced Formulas Solid SAP foundation in: SAP HANA (Calculation Views, basic SQL) SAP BW / BW on HANA Exposure to SAP BusinessObjects (WebI / Universes) Excellent communication skills (client-facing role) Nice-to-Have Strong experience with SAP Datasphere end-to-end projects Financial planning or controlling background (FP&A, CO-PA, Costing) Experience with: SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics Authorization concepts SAP certifications (SAC, Datasphere, BW, HANA) Profiles We Are Looking For Hands-on consultant (not just functional or just technical) Comfortable working across Finance, Supply Chain, and IT Curious, structured, and quality-driven Able to challenge requirements and propose better solutions Interested in growing toward Solution Architect or Lead Consultant roles Why Join Bilink Corp.
