Detailed Job Description:
BI Architect with hands on design and development experience in SAP BO WEBI and Crystal report, and Power BI · Experience of Reports Migration from SAP BO to Power BI · Define and document the end-to-end migration strategy for transitioning Business Objects reports to Power BI. · Assess existing BI landscape and identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans. · Design scalable and secure Power BI architecture, including datasets, dataflows, gateways, and workspaces. · Establish best practices for data modeling, performance optimization, and governance. · Comprehensive knowledge of data design, data modeling data management and data visualization · Experience in creating data rich dashboards writing DAX expressions Good to have skills · Preferred - Additional programming experience: Python, R, · Report rationalization experience · Strong command over SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and performance optimization · Knowledge of star schema, snowflake schema, and semantic modeling for BI solutions. · Implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) and managing user roles.
