Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)
Job Description:
• Perform SAP BODS system upgrades, patch management, and ensure smooth deployment with minimal downtime
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize configurations for improved efficiency
• Provide technical support for SAP BusinessObjects and Tableau environments, resolving user issues promptly
• Manage backup, recovery processes, and support disaster recovery planning and execution
• Maintain system documentation, knowledge base, and provide regular health and incident reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system scalability, security, and performance standards
