SAP BusinessObjects (WebI) Report Developer Contract Opportunity | Hourly Rate: $45 – $60/hour Location: Remote – US Based Only (must be authorized to work in the U.S.) Elloree Talent Strategies partners with senior leaders to align talent, culture, and business performance. We are seeking a freelance SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence (WebI) Report Developer to support our HR analytics initiatives through a series of short-term projects. This role is ideal for someone with proven BusinessObjects or web-based reporting expertise who can turn complex workforce data into clear, actionable reporting that supports strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and optimize reports in SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence, from simple summaries to complex analytical outputs. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within reports and across systems. • Apply advanced formatting, calculations, and logic to produce professional, client-ready deliverables. • Collaborate with Elloree’s analytics and advisory teams to translate business needs into clear, technically sound solutions. • Use MS Excel or MS Access as needed to support data preparation, validation, or analysis. • Troubleshoot and test reports, ensuring high-quality outputs and clear documentation. Qualifications • Required: 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence (WebI) or a similar web-based reporting tool. • Required: Strong understanding of Business Intelligence and reporting principles (experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos is a plus). • Preferred: Familiarity with HR data and HRIS systems is preferred but not required. • Ability to read and interpret SQL queries (writing SQL is not required). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and ability to work independently on multiple mini-projects.
