The individual will support production lines by managing product information in SAP and other key system s. Key Responsibiliti • es:SAP Data Management (CRITICAL – SAP Experience Requir • ed)Set up and update product recipes and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP to define how products are manufactur • ed.Create and manage change requests for new or modified items in S • AP.Check and fix new product setups from external partners • • • • in SAP, ensuring accuracy of category codes, storage locations, and other system settin • gs.Help resolve common SAP issues related to product data, including fixing errors in BO • Ms.Send product recipes to the production system (MES) when requir • ed.Product Information & Recipe System Supp • ortEnter and update product details in central product information systems (such as Client), including shelf life, destination, and production line settin • gs.Support recipe setup in the Recipe Site system, ensuring production details are accura • te.Update packaging information in the Access Anywhere syst em. Monitoring & Coordinat • ion:Monitor emails to confirm external teams have completed their portion of product setup activit • ies.Check product formulas to ensure alignment across the technical system (TIMs), SAP, and production requireme • nts.Assist with basic setup for product trials, ensuring required documentation is in pl • ace.Attend team meetings to stay informed and provide status updates on assigned w ork.
