This is a detail-driven role requiring consistency, responsiveness, and the ability to follow defined processes in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities

β’ Cleanse and standardize legacy data for accuracy and consistency
β’ Identify inconsistencies, formatting issues, and data gaps
β’ Populate and maintain approved mapping templates
β’ Execute assigned data cleansing and mapping tasks within defined standards
Validation & Testing Support
β’ Execute validation scripts and standard data checks
β’ Track, document, and communicate open data issues
β’ Support reconciliation cycles through assigned validation tasks
β’ Assist with UAT data preparation and testing support
Documentation & Quality Support
β’ Document data exceptions and discrepancies clearly and consistently
β’ Maintain organized records of data updates and revisions
β’ Support report comparisons between legacy and converted systems
β’ Escalate data anomalies or gaps to the Senior Implementation Consultant in a timely manner
Qualifications
β’ SAP Certification strongly preferred (SAP Certified - Data Analyst - SAP Analytics Cloud | SAP Certified - SAP Business Data Cloud | SAP Certified - Business Transformation Consultant)
β’ 5+ years of data conversion, migration, or implementation support experience required
β’ Strong Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, lookups, and structured formatting
β’ Working knowledge of Oil & Gas data structures strongly preferred
β’ Foundational understanding of data validation and reconciliation principles
β’ Ability to follow structured instruction and work within defined templates
β’ Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
β’ Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining highly responsive to internal team communication
β’ Demonstrated ability to complete assigned data objects accurately and on time with minimal rework
Candidates without prior Oil & Gas data experience and SAP exposure are unlikely to be a fit for this role.
