• • Federal Project - Applicant must be a United States Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust • • Baer is looking for SAP Data Conversion Consultant for a 3+ months Federal Remote Project. Title: SAP Data Conversion Consultant Location: Remote and Kansas City, MO Duration: 3+ months Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed Alignment: W2 or C2C Overview The SAP Data Conversion Consultant is responsible for designing and executing data migration from legacy or non-SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA, particularly in Greenfield implementations. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in SAP BODS and related migration tools, along with the ability to work across technical and functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient data transformation. Description • Design, develop, and execute data migration strategies for SAP S/4HANA implementations • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading using SAP BODS • Develop and manage pre-load and post-load data validation processes • Build and maintain source-to-target mappings for data conversion • Work with tools such as SAP SLT, Migration Cockpit, LSMW, and IDocs • Write and optimize HANA SQL queries for data transformation and validation • Collaborate with functional and business teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles • Document migration processes, technical designs, and test results • Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues during project execution Requirements • 7+ years of experience in SAP BO Data Services (BODS) • 3+ years of experience in SAP Data Migration • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA data migration (Greenfield projects required) • Strong expertise in SAP BO Data Services (BODS) • Experience with SAP SLT, Migration Cockpit, LSMW, and IDocs • Proficiency in HANA SQL (Eclipse or similar tools) • Solid understanding of end-to-end data migration processes • Bachelor’s Degree • Experience in federal or public sector projects preferred Public Trust Security Clearance is the lowest level of additional background screening that the federal government requires for applicants of certain jobs, which includes completing a Standard Form 85 (SF85) form.
