Job Title: SAP Data Steward (S/4HANA FICO) — Data Quality & RCA Location: Remote Duration: 04 Months Pay Range: $(95.00 - $1115.00)/hr on W2 all-inclusive without benefits Job Description: Qualifications: ·       SAP techno-functional experience ·       SAP FICO advanced knowledge - particularly COPA, product costing, material ledger ·       Strong working experience with Master Data within SAP (Material Management/MM and FICO needed; Customer, Vendor, SD etc are secondary skillsets) with the ability to navigate core tables and fields ·       Performing highly complex analyses ·       Strong understanding of table lineage within SAP ·       Data profiling and data reconciliation experience ·       Strong understanding of data, how to ingest data, proper data use / consumption, data quality, and stewardship. ·       7+ years of experience working with data across multiple domains (with a particular focus on Finance data), associated processes, involved ·       systems and data usage. ·       Ability to partner with both business and technical subject matter experts to ensure standardization of operational information and ·       execution of enterprise-wide data governance policies and procedures are defined and implemented. ·       Matrix management skills and business acumen ·       Experience leading a team on a large-scale project/program ·       Skilled at creating and presenting executive report-outs Competencies: ·       Strong knowledge and understanding of master data elements and processes related to data across multiple domains ·       Understanding of operation usage of transactional data as it relates to financial planning. ·       Strong Communication Skills/Able to Persuade/Influence Others at all Organization Levels and the ability foster lasting partnerships. ·       Ability to translate business requirements into critical data dependencies and requirements Ability to think beyond their current state (processes, roles and tools) and work towards an unconstrained, optimized design. ·       An ability to solicit followership from the functional teams to think beyond the ‘way the things work today.’ ·       Able to align various stakeholders to a common set of standards and the ability to sell the benefits of the EDG program. ·       Foster lasting relationships across varying organizational levels and business segments with the maturity to interface with all levels of management ·       Self-starter who welcomes responsibility, along with the ability to thrive in an evolving organization and an ability to bring structure to unstructured situations. ·       Demonstrating a confident and professional demeanor, able to interface with leadership ·       Ability to arbitrate on difficult decisions and drive consensus through a diplomatic approach. ·       Matrix management skills and business acumen ·       Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
