Responsibilities:
1. Design and architect data warehousing solutions using the SAP Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC) platform.
1. Develop and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.
1. Optimize data models and structures to ensure high performance and scalability of the data warehouse.
1. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data warehousing solutions.
1. Create and maintain data integration workflows, data pipelines, and scheduling processes to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of data.
1. Perform data profiling, data cleansing, and data quality checks to ensure the integrity of the data within the data warehouse.
1. Monitor and troubleshoot data warehouse performance issues and optimize query performance.
1. Implement security measures and access controls to protect sensitive data within the data warehouse.
1. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP DWC and cloud technologies, and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
1. Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of the SAP DWC environment.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
1. Proven experience in designing and implementing data warehousing solutions using SAP Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC).
1. Strong proficiency in SAP DWC tools and technologies, including data modeling, data provisioning, and data integration.
1. Experience with ETL processes, data mapping, and data transformation techniques.
1. Knowledge of SQL and experience in writing complex queries for data extraction and manipulation.
