Position: SAP HANA Business Analyst Location: Warren, MI (Hybrid 3 Days/Week Onsite) Duration: 12 Months Contract USC/GC/TN Permit/ Refugee/Asylee who are willing to work on W2 can apply for this job Job Description • 10+ Years of experienced candidate is required for SAP HANA Business Analyst Role. • Candidate should be able to gather and analyze business requirements to design effective SAP HANA-based solutions. • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define data models, reports, and KPIs using SAP HANA. • Ability to Bridge the gap between business users and technical teams for smooth solution delivery. • Ability to perform data validation, testing, and ensure system alignment with business goals. • Ability to provide insights and recommendations leveraging SAP HANA analytics and reporting tools. Nice to Have • 2-5 years with exp. in full life cycle SAP GROW Public Cloud implementations- private or SAP RISE is not ideal and manager isn't interested in seeing candidates with this exp. • 2-5 years with implementations with SD and WM (those are the primary modules needed).
