SAP Order to Cash, Functional Consultant

Role Description Join our global team driving digital transformation through SAP Order to Cash (O2C) solutions. As a Digital Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping how data, reporting, and enterprise systems support business operations. You will collaborate across business units, IT teams, and external partners to deliver impactful improvements and enable scalable, data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will take a lead position in analyzing, defining, and documenting business requirements and processes, translating them into functional specifications that guide technology solutions. You will work with tools such as SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Jira, and SharePoint to streamline processes and deliver actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and reporting requirements • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for IT implementation • Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation • Document end-to-end business processes and support solution design for O2C enhancements • Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity • Identify root causes of data quality issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams • Develop and maintain documentation such as data dictionaries, reporting definitions, and metadata standards • Support testing activities and validate system outputs against business expectations • Communicate effectively with business leaders, cross-functional teams, external partners, and management • Facilitate workshops to align on requirements, priorities, and solution options • Present findings and recommendations clearly, including process impacts and benefits • Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on reporting tools and related processes • Lead business analysis activities across initiatives, ensuring quality execution and timely delivery • Manage external vendors with accountability for performance, deliverables, and service outcomes • Support project delivery by guiding teams through complex problem-solving and decision-making Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) • 5+ years of experience in IT business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices • Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA (Order to Cash strongly preferred) • Experience managing external vendors, including scope, performance, and delivery accountability • Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding projects and supporting teams through complex challenges • Bilingual proficiency in Korean  Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in a large, global organization using structured SDLC / Agile methodologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic and creative approach • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience with tools such as Salesforce eCommerce, Jira, and SharePoint
