<Job Summary>We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Order to Cash Specialist to join our team in St. Louis, operating in a hybrid work environment. This role involves managing end-to-end order processing within SAP, ensuring seamless integration with various IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in system architecture, solution design, and IT infrastructure, with experience in cloud platforms and enterprise software solutions. This position offers an opportunity to work on complex projects that enhance supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction through innovative technology solutions. <Responsibilities> Manage and optimize the SAP Order to Cash process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all stages from order entry to invoicing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable system architectures supporting order management workflows. Develop and maintain integrations between SAP and other enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Pegasystems, and web services using RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other protocols. Utilize ETL tools and techniques for data extraction, transformation, and loading to support reporting and analytics needs. Oversee system architecture components including cloud security measures, load balancing, virtualization (VMware, ESXi), and system hardening practices. Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools to streamline updates and deployments. Monitor IT infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and network configurations to ensure system security and stability. Conduct vulnerability assessments, threat intelligence analysis, and system hardening procedures to safeguard enterprise data. Support DevOps practices by automating deployment processes using scripting languages such as Bash or PowerShell. Participate in Agile development cycles, contributing to SDLC processes for ongoing system improvements. <Qualifications> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus. Proven experience with SAP Order to Cash modules within complex enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA), solution architecture, microservices, and system design principles. Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure along with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V. Proficiency in programming languages including JavaScript, Python, C#, Java, SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Microsoft SQL Server), PL/SQL, and scripting for automation purposes. Familiarity with enterprise integration tools such as APIs (RESTful & SOAP), DevOps tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD pipelines. Experience managing IT infrastructure components including firewalls, VPNs, DNS/DHCP configurations, load balancers, and network security protocols. Knowledge of security best practices including vulnerability management, threat intelligence, system hardening, and information security standards. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with flexibility for remote collaboration while maintaining strong communication skills.
