Job Title: SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant Location: Louisiana (Refinery Site) / New Jersey (Refinery Site) Job Type: Contract Experience Required: 10+ Years Work Mode: Onsite (Refinery Location) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant with strong domain expertise in refinery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP PM solutions to enhance maintenance processes, asset reliability, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Configure and support SAP PM module including notifications, work orders, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance • Work closely with refinery business users to gather and analyze requirements • Handle end-to-end SAP PM implementations and support projects • Integrate SAP PM with other modules like MM, WM, and FICO • Manage equipment master, functional locations, BOMs, task lists, and maintenance plans • Support incident management, troubleshooting, and system enhancements • Participate in UAT, system testing, and go-live support • Ensure compliance with refinery safety and maintenance standards • Provide user training and documentation Required Skills & Experience • 10+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) • Strong experience in refinery / oil & gas industry • Expertise in: • Maintenance planning & scheduling • Work order management • Preventive & predictive maintenance • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA PM • Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM and other modules • Experience in data migration, master data management, and reporting • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
